Committee of Seventy Policy Director Patrick Christmas interviews Philadelphia City Commissioner Candidate Carla Cain

Carla was among City Commissioner candidates interviewed by Patrick Christmas, policy director at the non-partisan, good government Committee of 70 on April 29. Seventy had candidates fill out a questionnaire as part of Better Philadelphia Elections Coalition project. Christmas is responsible for personnel at Better Philadelphia Elections Coalition, Open Primaries PA  and Philadelphia Resolution 1, among other city and state-level advocacy projects.
